No there is not need, you can book the standard tour even as a solo traveler as we depart every hour on the hour. We will run that tour even with one person but you will likely be joining others booked on the same tour. The standard tour group size is usually up to 30 passengers. If you book yourself on the Lava Falls Adventure tour, then you may find yourself in the company of others exploring the tunnel all the way to its bottom although the Lava Falls tours have maximum capability of 8-10 people.
